Ghost Cut

Do you ever get to the point that you have so much to do that you don't know where to start? I'm bad about jumping from one project to another and not completeing any of them - my daughter has diagnosed me with ADD. I don't think that's the truth but I am a bit scattered and unorganized. I'm trying to do better - I'm about to go buy another storage unit for my office to see if that will help. Wish me luck!

I recently took an online course on the Cricut and learned some wonderful things and I wanted to pass this idea on to you. Have you ever wondered if the cut you are about to make on your cricut will fit or be the correct size? I know I have and have wasted many sheets of paper getting to just the right sizes - Ghost Cuts will eliminate the wasted paper.

To Ghost Cut -
  1. Set the depth on the blade holder to 1
  2. Set the pressure to minimum
  3. load the paper
  4. select what you want to cut
  5. press cut

The blade will not touch the paper but will allow you to watch where it goes so that you can decide if it's the correct size for what your project.

Good luck -
